• Covering a wide range of topics on and off the trail from bike maintenance to personal fitness
• Instructional small group rides on flowing to technical cross country trails at Nine Mile County Forest & pump track and downhill trails at Sylvan Hill Bike Park

Take advantage of this great opportunity to boost your confidence while surrounding yourself in the camaraderie of like-minded women.
In addition to coaching, price for the weekend includes t-shirt, appetizers/drink Friday night, trail lunch on Saturday, and food and entertainment Saturday evening. Breakfast is on your own.

Come early Friday for an optional group ride at 4pm! Stay Sunday afternoon to practice the new skills you learned at Sylvan Hill Bike Park.
